Quiz and Test Series Refunds
Refund Eligibility: If you have purchased access to a quiz or test series but did not join or attempt the quiz due to valid reasons, you may be eligible for a refund.
Conditions for Quiz Refunds
Refunds for quiz and test series purchases will be processed under the following conditions:
- You did not join or attempt the quiz for which you made the payment
- Your reason for not joining the quiz is found to be valid upon verification
- The refund request is submitted before the quiz end date/time
- You provide necessary proof or documentation to support your refund claim (if required)
Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved and verified as valid, the refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 48 working hours.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- If you have already joined and attempted the quiz, even partially
- If the quiz has already been completed or the end date has passed
- If the reason provided is found to be invalid or cannot be verified
- If you fail to submit the refund request within the specified timeframe
Study Material Purchases
Important Notice: All sales of study materials, including PDF notes, video courses, practice question banks, and other downloadable/digital content are final and non-refundable.
Once study materials are purchased and access is granted, refunds cannot be processed because:
- Digital content is immediately accessible upon purchase
- Study materials can be downloaded, viewed, or copied
- The content cannot be "returned" once accessed

- Carefully review the description and preview (if available) before purchasing study materials
- Ensure the content matches your learning requirements
- Check system requirements and compatibility

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your registered email address and transaction ID
- Clearly state the reason for your refund request
- Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content:

- We will work to resolve the issue promptly
- If the issue cannot be resolved and was caused by our platform, a refund may be issued at our discretion
- Document the issue with screenshots or screen recordings if possible
Payment Disputes

Cancellation Policy

- Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied
- You will lose access to premium features after the billing period ends
- Your learning data and progress will be retained for 90 days
